    Powerful Turbo-Diesel Engine

    Options ranging from 75 – 120Hp. These are available in single, double, and triple engine configurations to suit Man-portable, Truck-portable and Heli-portable drilling.

    Top Drive Drill Head

    The Hydracore Top Drive drill head has a rugged design and integrated water swivel. The head was originally designed in 1982 and paved the way for Man-portable drilling in rod sizes up to H. As with all Hydracore equipment, ease of operation is built right into the design. Water swivel seals are only a 5-minute change-out and a full head rebuild can be completed in the field in under an hour.

    FAIL Proof Footclamp

    Footclamps need to have incredible holding power while simple enough to maintain and operate. While others opt to use overly complex “chucks”, we use two standard hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders can hold up to 12,000 lbs and one set of jaws works for all rod sizes!

    Adjustable Saddle Bearings

    Keeping with our maintenance-friendly designs, our drills offer adjustable saddle bearings. These are adjusted in several minutes allowing you to focus on putting “core in the box”.
